Terms of Use for Flowli

This Terms of Use Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between Digital Trend AS, a company incorporated under the laws of Norway, with the legal address at Remmo 11, 5911 Alversund, Norway (hereinafter referred to as "we," "Company," or "Digital Trend AS"), and the individual or entity (the "User") agreeing to these terms by using Flowli time tracking services (the "Platform").

1. Services Overview

Digital Trend AS offers users a comprehensive time tracking service designed to help maintain presence and achieve flow states. Our services include:

• Time Tracking: Continuous tracking of time across activities
• Flow State Analysis: Tools to identify and optimize flow states
• Analytics Dashboard: Access to insights and productivity data
• Activity Management: Tools to manage and categorize time usage

1.1. Service Provision

The Company provides users with time tracking capabilities on a best-effort basis. The User understands that the accuracy of tracking depends on proper use of the platform and regular interaction with the service.

1.2. Modifications to Services

The Company reserves the right to modify its services or terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the Platform or email.

2. Payment Terms

2.1. Subscription Fees

Users agree to pay subscription fees as specified during sign-up. All fees are charged in advance for the subscription period selected.

Users are responsible for any applicable taxes related to their use of the service.

• Improve the platform
• Send relevant notifications

5. Term and Termination

5.1. Term

This Agreement remains in effect while the User maintains an active account.

5.2. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement:

• Users may cancel their subscription at any time
• The Company may terminate service for violations of these terms
• Upon termination, users can export their data within 30 days

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the previous 12 months.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. Ownership

The Company retains all rights to the Platform, including software, design, and analytics algorithms.

8.2. User Data

Users retain ownership of their time tracking data and can export it at any time.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Norway.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or the Platform.
